Returns and Exchange

Due to the nature of the event, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns and exchanges, cancel orders, and hold carts. As explained in the below "Stock Content" section, very small number of items are seconds and may have irregularities as classified by the factory. We will not be able to process returns in this nature. However, we will be processing mismatched sizes, wrong sizes, or damaged shipments. We require our customers to get in touch with the customer agents (at info@viberg.com) within 24 hours after the receipt of the order by sharing descriptive images. We unfortunately cannot accept any responsibilities for the returning items that have not been authorized by our customer service. Please make sure to follow our guidelines.

 

Shipping Times

Due to extremely high volumes of orders and seasonal factors, the shipping times may take up to 2-3 weeks. We will do our best to keep it within the window. Shipping costs are not included in the prices and will be added at checkout. The customers are required to provide us with the correct and validated shipping information. In the event that an order is returned due to the buyer providing inaccurate shipping details or if the recipient refuses delivery, we reserve the right to refuse re-fulfillment of the order or to process a refund at our discretion. 

We do not charge sales tax or duty charges on US orders under 3000 USD. For those valued above 3000 USD, the US Customs may require the buyer to assign a Power of Attorney. By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges this requirement and agrees to absolve Viberg of any related responsibilities.

The shipping boxes will contain plastic wrap and one set of spare laces only. In the event of a missing lace, we will not be able to compensate it. Further details under our Shipping Policy

 

Stock Content

The Archive Sale includes a mixture of past season items and very small quantities of factory seconds. Very rarely but some items may have signs of wear or slight defects. Including but not limited to, here are the examples of what is considered acceptable quality within the framework of this sale. These types of irregularities will not be considered as quality defects that are entitled for an exchange or return.
